Fic: Incident in a Parisian Cafe

Okay, so Romana/Duggan; not a ship I've ever particularly cared for, or even believed in (okay, they share a couple of glances, but you could interpret those either way and she is generally snootily patronising towards him most of the time). However, when the plot bunnies come knocking... Blame primsong; she made me write this. Anyway, Doctor Who, City of Death and indeed James Bond do not belong to me, but rather to their individual owners. I feel sort of dirty and ashamed, now...I think I'm probably going to some special circle of hell now....
